  1. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's tracking service.
  2. What is your return policy?
    We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.   3. How long does shipping take?
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  4. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping but are working to expand our delivery services globally soon.
  5. Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@isakny.com. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. We also offer buy now, pay later options through Klarna and Afterpay.
  7. How do I use a promo code?
    To use a promo code, enter it at checkout in the designated promo code box and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total. Only one promo code can be used per order.

  9. Do you have a physical store?
    Currently, we operate exclusively online. This allows us to offer you the best prices and the most extensive selection of our apparel. Stay tuned for any updates on pop-up shops or future store openings!

    Sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest updates on new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and special offers. You can also follow us on social media for the latest news and trends.
  11. Are your products ethically made?
    We are committed to ethical manufacturing practices. All of our products are made in factories that follow fair labor standards, and we strive to use sustainable materials whenever possible.
  12. Do you offer custom orders?
    At this time, we do not offer custom orders. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions for future product offerings.
  13. What if I received a defective item?
    If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@isakny.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
