At Isakny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Initiate your return

Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Return Process:
    • Log into your account on our website and navigate to the 'Order History' section.
    • Select the order you wish to return and click on the 'Return Item(s)' button.
    • Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip.
    • Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest postal service location.
  3. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Disclaimer: Frequent returns or unusual return patterns will be flagged. If our return policy is abused, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our Terms of Use.

Exchanges Policy:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged. 
  2. Exchange Process:
    • Log into your account on our website and navigate to the 'Order History' section.
    • Select the order you wish to exchange and click on the 'Exchange Item(s)' button.
    • Follow the instructions to specify the item(s) you want in exchange.
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip.
    • Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest UPS service location.
  3. Processing Exchanges:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process the exchange.
    • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at support@isakny.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please note that an $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
