Order Processing:

Orders placed on isakny.com are handled Monday through Friday and typically shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Note: Requests for cancellations or address changes for orders placed from Friday through Sunday will not be accepted.

  2. Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

    Shipping Areas:

    • We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA and Canada.
    • Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our delivery services globally.

    Tracking Your Order:

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment's progress and estimated arrival date.

    Delivery Issues:

    Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

    • Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

    • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
    • Severe weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery times.
